Key Responsibilities:
- Define the end-to-end AI/ML reference architecture from Data injection through model serving and monitoring.
- Establish standards for data storage, access patterns, and lineage, including separation of raw, curated, and feature-ready data.
- Assess and define the need for shared platform capabilities such as feature stores, model registries, AIML catalogues, and experiment tracking.
- Design for scale across multiple business units with differing data sensitivity, regulatory, and operational needs.
- Define standard development, validation, and production environments for AIML workloads.
- Design a repeatable ML delivery pipeline covering model development and training, validation, approval and promotion, deployment (batch and/or real time), monitoring drift detection and retraining.
- Establish CI/CD (and continuous training where appropriate) best practices for ML systems.
This role is for an experienced AIML Architect with over 15 years of overall experience, including significant expertise in MLOps. The architect will be responsible for designing the AI/ML architecture and platform, establishing data standards and lineage, and assessing the need for shared platform capabilities like feature stores and model registries. The role involves designing for scalability across diverse business units and defining robust ML delivery pipelines with CI/CD best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data injection, model serving, monitoring, and the entire ML lifecycle from development to retraining. Experience with MLOps is a critical requirement for this position.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
