About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced AIML Engineer with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) for a remote position. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their practical applications in developing cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with complex datasets and deploying scalable AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AIML models, with a focus on LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and train models.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AIML and LLM research and apply them to projects.
- Develop and maintain robust ML pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap of the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AIML model development and deployment.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in AIML engineering is a must.
- If holding a Green Card, 15+ years of experience is required.
- Extensive experience with LLMs and their applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with AIML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
