Job Title: Airline – Airport Operations
This role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting critical airport systems within a 6-month contract duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting ADB Safegate Airside Systems and Schneider Electrics Safety and Security Systems in Airport terminals.
- Lead and participate in triage during downtime with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working collaboratively with other Teams.
- Providing reports of incident management analysis.
- Good Knowledge of ITMS.
- Maintain and Create documentation for training.
- Maintain and Create SOPs and Checklists as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 6-8+ years of relevant experience.
- Specific Systems Knowledge: 5 years of hands-on experience with ADB Safegate Airside Systems and Schneider Electrics Safety and Security Systems in Airport terminals.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation: Experience in maintaining and creating documentation, SOPs, and Checklists.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a 6-month contract position.
- The location is Queens Village, NY.
- The hiring entity is Metrix IT Solutions INC, but the role is for an airline client.
Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year (Estimated)
