Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder / EPM Consultant with strong expertise in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Anaplan models and a solid understanding of enterprise planning processes across finance and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance Anaplan models to support business planning requirements.
  • Maintain and support existing models, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
  • Ensure models are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
  • Support enterprise-wide planning initiatives across multiple functional areas.
  • Participate in Agile project environments and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building.
  • Strong exposure to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan and Hyperion (preferred).
  • Understanding of forecasting processes across Finance, Sales & Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Balance Sheet & Cash Flow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
  • Results-driven mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Anaplan ecosystem, and Board (EPM tool).

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with additional EPM tools such as SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Exposure to enterprise planning transformations, Agile methodologies, and project management practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Education & Other Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Language: English (mandatory).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Dallas, TX
