Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Android Developer with over a decade of hands-on experience to drive the design, development, and operational stability of our mobile ecosystem. This role requires a visionary developer who thinks beyond conventional approaches to create secure, high-quality production code. You will lead the development of localized, multi-tenant solutions while ensuring seamless integration with web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Execute end-to-end software solutions, from system design to deployment, using Java, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.
- UI/UX Excellence: Master mobile UI fundamentals, including complex layouts, smooth animations, and robust REST API integrations.
- Full-Stack Integration: Leverage strong experience in JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive designs that work synchronously across systems.
- Quality & Stability: Champion automated testing by implementing unit and functional tests using Mockito and Espresso.
- Operational Leadership: Ensure application stability and performance through advanced data structures, multi-threading, and proactive troubleshooting.
- Innovation: Create secure, scalable code for multi-tenant environments, localized for global users.
Technical Requirements
- Android Expert: 10+ years of deep expertise in Android Studio, Live Data, and the modern Android stack.
- Modern Frameworks: Expert-level knowledge of Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.
- Web Technologies: Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Engineering Rigor: Proven track record in system design, multi-threading, and building high-concurrency applications.
- Testing Enthusiast: Deep experience with Mockito and Espresso for automated quality assurance.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
