Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Architect specializing in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) to join our team and work with AT&T. This role is crucial for developing strategic middleware designs and standards, enabling optimal solutions for complex, highly integrated enterprise applications. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought leader in the development of strategic middleware designs and standards.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate with application developers, stakeholders, and clients to support tactical and strategic middleware initiatives.
- Identify and promote emerging and growth areas in the industry, including automation, DevOps, Cloud, blockchain, and IoT.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, upgrade, testing, and debugging of middleware technologies on Linux and Windows platforms (IIB, Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, SI, Tibco, Mule).
- Architect and design production and non-production environments.
- Provide Production Support for key critical applications and strategic services for AT&T.
- Ensure excellent client communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience as an Application Architect with a focus on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
- Expertise in Ordering / Service Delivery Workflow.
- Strong understanding of AI and ServiceNow development.
- Proven experience in building AI solutions with Agentic AI.
- Experience with middleware technologies such as IIB, Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, SI, Tibco, and Mule.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows platforms.
- Excellent client communication and collaboration skills.
- Telecom experience is required.
- AT&T experience is ideal.
- Minimum 15 years of experience required.
Nice to Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience specifically in building AI solutions with Agentic AI.

Salary: $135,200 – $145,600 per year
