Job Description:
This App Delivery Lead focuses on non-hotel park systems and operational platforms, driving internal integrations that support attractions, operations, maintenance, and guest facing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of park focused applications such as: Attraction operations tools (e.g., Command Center), Maintenance and asset management integrations (e.g., Maximo), Digital signage and wait time systems (e.g., Populo)
- Drive technical integration work between internal platforms and third-party systems.
- Partner closely with product owners to translate business requirements into clear technical delivery plans.
- Collaborate with architects to define integration approaches (API vs. eventing, push vs. pull, port and security requirements).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal engineers to ensure both sides of integrations align and meet in the middle.
- Ensure integrations are tested, validated, and production ready.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong system integration background across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Experience delivering operational or guest facing systems in complex environments.
- Ability to manage dependencies and technical risks across multiple integrations.
- Comfortable acting as the delivery owner even when vendors provide limited implementation support.
- Candidate should have experience with theme parks and have worked with clients like Disney.

Client is open to someone being based in either Frisco or Orlando; however, in either case, there will be a requirement for these individuals to spend a few weeks onsite in Frisco around the time the park opens. Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
