About the Role:

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide first-line and advanced technical support for cloud-hosted applications in a Life Sciences environment. The role focuses on incident resolution, system stability, and continuous improvement within an AWS-based ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve application issues in ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and document incidents, problems, and changes
  • Support AWS-based application hosting, deployments, and upgrades
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system stability
  • Monitor application performance, health, and logs using cloud tools
  • Apply ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management
  • Participate in Agile sprint cycles for deployment and enhancements
  • Maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues and solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience with Angular 10 and .NET Core Web API development
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and operations
  • Expertise in monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, and web technologies
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Python and AI concepts for automation
  • Experience with PL/SQL and database management
  • Exposure to React or advanced frontend frameworks
  • Background in Life Sciences or regulated environments

Salary: $60 – $62 per year
