Tek Inspirations is currently seeking a seasoned Apriso Architect or Senior Developer for a critical 6-month remote project. This role is designed for a technical leader who can navigate the complexities of enterprise manufacturing programs and deliver high-quality DELMIA Apriso solutions. As an architect, you will be the primary technical authority, ensuring that the solution aligns with both business objectives and manufacturing best practices. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently in a remote capacity, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration through digital tools. Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for DELMIA Apriso implementations, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Translate complex business and manufacturing requirements into detailed, robust Apriso solution designs.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices across the delivery team.
- Lead fit-gap analysis sessions and process design workshops to identify optimal solution paths.
- Design and oversee the integration of Apriso with various enterprise systems, including ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, LIMS, and SCADA.
- Produce comprehensive architecture documentation, including interface specifications and deployment designs.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to developers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the performance, scalability, and security of the Apriso platform to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Support critical project phases such as SIT, UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
- Partner with IT and business leadership to define the MES/MOM roadmap and rollout strategy.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core Apriso capabilities, including production tracking, quality management, and traceability.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an Apriso Architect or Senior Consultant within large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Deep technical expertise in DELMIA Apriso architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Strong foundational knowledge of MES/MOM concepts and the ISA-95 standard.
- Proven track record of integrating Apriso with major ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced technical skills in SQL, data modeling, API development, and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as OEE, genealogy, and quality control.
- Experience managing multi-site or global Apriso deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from the shop floor to the executive suite.
