Position Summary: Seismic Automation Engineer
We are looking for a specialized Automation Engineer with deep expertise in the Seismic platform to join our team in Irvine, California. This role is focused on optimizing sales enablement workflows and automating content delivery through the Seismic ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical data architecture and business-facing content models, ensuring that our enterprise-scale Seismic environment operates at peak efficiency.
Key Technical Skills and Experience
- Seismic Toolset: Hands-on experience with Seismic LiveDocs, LiveForms, and Seismic Document Generator Express is essential.
- Workflow Optimization: Strong experience in designing and optimizing complex automated workflows to streamline content creation and distribution.
- Data Architecture: A deep understanding of platform integrations, data mapping, and metadata governance within a Seismic context.
- Agile Delivery: Proficiency in managing Jira stories and participating in Agile delivery processes to ensure timely project completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detailed Responsibilities
As a Seismic Automation Engineer, your primary focus will be the development and maintenance of content models that drive business value. You will be responsible for configuring LiveDocs to allow for dynamic content generation, ensuring that sales teams have access to the most accurate and up-to-date materials. This involves complex data mapping from various source systems into the Seismic platform, requiring a high level of precision and an understanding of metadata governance. You will work closely with marketing and sales operations to understand their requirements and translate them into automated solutions. In addition to technical configuration, you will be expected to manage the lifecycle of your projects using Jira, ensuring that all tasks are documented and aligned with our Agile methodology. The Irvine tech market is highly competitive, and this role offers the chance to work on enterprise-scale environments where your contributions will have a direct impact on the organization’s go-to-market strategy. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting platform issues, performing regular system audits, and staying abreast of new Seismic features and updates to ensure our implementation remains cutting-edge.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
