Position Summary: Avature System Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and highly certified Avature System Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is pivotal in managing our Talent Acquisition and HR technology ecosystem, specifically focusing on the Avature platform. The administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and strategic optimization of the system to support HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of HR business processes.

Core Responsibilities and System Configuration

  • Lead the configuration of the Avature system, including the creation of complex workflows and the documentation of all business and system requirements.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and day-to-day support for all end-users, ensuring rapid resolution of system issues.
  • Manage role-based security protocols to ensure data privacy and accurate functionality for different user groups.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound integrations, partnering with IT and HR teams to identify and resolve interface issues.
  • Perform detailed data analyses to solve business problems and identify opportunities for system enhancement.
  • Support the implementation of system upgrades and patches, including rigorous testing, validation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop comprehensive training documentation and deliver sessions to end-users to maximize platform adoption.

Technical Requirements and Certifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Mandatory Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in an Avature Administrator role, with at least 6 years of total professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio, for data manipulation and process mapping.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex data issues to determine root causes and implement permanent fixes.
  • Proven track record of managing HR technology roadmaps and coordinating with vendors to achieve shared goals.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
