Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Architect with extensive experience in cloud platform engineering, networking technologies, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS and a strong understanding of multi-cloud environments such as Azure and GCP. This role requires a proven track record in platform operations, infrastructure automation, solution architecture, and cloud networking, extending beyond just application development.
Experience & Background:
- 4-6+ years in cloud platform engineering and networking technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience in platform operations, infrastructure automation, architecting/solutioning, and cloud networking.
Core Technical Skills:
- AWS Services: Deep knowledge and practical experience with EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM (including SSO and multi-account setups), VPC, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Transit Gateway, Control Tower/Landing Zones, System Manager, Security Hub, Config, GuardDuty/Rails, CloudWatch, Cloud Trail, Costing Explorer, Trust Advisor.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in CloudFormation and Terraform for automated deployments.
- Networking: Strong understanding of VPC design, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, GCP Interconnect).
- Cloud Security: Familiarity with best practices for identity management, encryption, and compliance.
- Database Services: Experience with AWS RDS and related managed database offerings.
- Container Services: Kubernetes/Docker.
- Languages: Python, Bash, Shell.
- OS Administration: Rhel, Ubuntu, Centos.
Preferred Background:
- Previous role as AWS Cloud Platform Engineer, Cloud Operations Specialist, or Architect.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
