Job Description: AWS Cloud Developer with AWS Connect Experience

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Developer with expertise in AWS Connect to build and maintain end-to-end real-time reporting solutions. This role involves working across streaming data ingestion, event processing, search/indexing, and visualization using services such as Amazon Kinesis, AWS Lambda, Amazon OpenSearch Service, and OpenSearch Dashboards. The developer will design low-latency data pipelines, create real-time dashboards, and support downstream analytics in Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, and Tableau, while ensuring strong observability, data quality, and operational reliability through CloudWatch and AWS best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain real-time reporting solutions using AWS services.
  • Implement streaming data ingestion pipelines using services like Amazon Kinesis.
  • Utilize AWS Lambda for event processing and serverless computing.
  • Configure and manage Amazon OpenSearch Service and OpenSearch Dashboards for search and visualization.
  • Design and build low-latency data pipelines.
  • Create real-time dashboards for business insights.
  • Support downstream analytics in Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift.
  • Integrate with Tableau for advanced data visualization.
  • Ensure strong observability and data quality through CloudWatch.
  • Adhere to AWS best practices for operational reliability and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Developer.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services including Kinesis, Lambda, OpenSearch Service, CloudWatch, S3, and Redshift.
  • Experience with AWS Connect is essential.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining real-time data pipelines.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
  • Knowledge of event processing and search/indexing technologies.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Information:
