Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled AWS Connect Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer engagement and streamline contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services, particularly those related to customer interaction and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, IVR, and agent routing.
- Develop and integrate backend services using AWS Lambda, AWS Pinpoint, and other relevant AWS services to support Connect functionalities.
- Utilize Amazon Lex for building conversational interfaces and enhancing user experience.
- Work with Amazon DynamoDB for data storage and retrieval, ensuring efficient data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and optimize AWS Connect for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor contact center performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS Connect and integrated services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and best practices in cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the solution.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and AWS Pinpoint.
- Experience with end-user messaging and Amazon DynamoDB.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Ability to integrate AWS Connect IVR with other platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services.
- Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code.
- Automation-focused mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
