Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as an Architect, where you will leverage your expertise in GCP, SQL, and .Net to design and implement innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and contributing to impactful projects that align with our company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application & API Development (.NET)
    • Design, develop and support scalable .NET apps
  • Database Engineering (SQL Server & GCP)
    • Model relational schemas, write performant SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
    • Tune performance (indexes, execution plans, partitioning, parameter sniffing mitigation).
    • Design and operate disaster recovery and HA strategies (backups, PITR, Availability Groups/replication; AlloyDB read replicas).
    • Implement data pipelines to BigQuery (batch/streaming), optimize partitioning & clustering, and manage quotas/cost.
  • CI/CD & Platform (ADO Pipelines & Jenkins)
    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML) and Jenkins (declarative pipelines) for build, test, security scans, and deployments.
    • Manage agent pools (Microsoft-hosted and self-hosted), credentials/secrets (Key Vault/Secret Manager), and environment approvals.
    • Shift-left quality: unit/integration tests, code coverage, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, container image scanning.
    • Implement Git branching strategies (GitFlow/Trunk), PR policies, and reusable pipeline templates.
  • Cloud Deployment & Runtime (GCP)
    • Containerize services with Docker and deploy to Cloud Run (min instances, concurrency, revisions, traffic splitting, rollbacks).
    • Configure AlloyDB for PostgreSQL for OLTP workloads migrate from SQL Server where applicable using DMS/ETL patterns.
    • Build analytics datasets in BigQuery, manage data ingestion (Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow/Dataproc), and enforce governance.
  • Security, Compliance & Operations
    • Enforce least-privilege RBAC/IAM, secret rotation, vulnerability management, and artifact signing.
    • Participate in on-call/incident response, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive reliability improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of relevant experience.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Good to have Google Associate or professional level certification

Special Requirements

Local candidates preferred (within 50-60 miles of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ). Must have Local DL (NY/NJ). Please mention Visa status and Current location (City, State) while sharing resume. Onsite role. Hybrid work model, day shifts.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Location: Parsippany, Troy Hills, NJ
