Position Summary
Siri InfoSolutions Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced Azure DevOps Lead to spearhead our DevOps initiatives onsite in Tampa, FL. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise in cloud automation and the ability to manage professional teams while interfacing directly with client stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices that support large-scale enterprise applications.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Partner with client stakeholders to build strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and comprehensive status reports that align with business goals.
- Design and implement robust CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps, focusing on automation, security, and scalability.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, including the orchestration of spinning up/down and scaling virtual environments.
- Develop and maintain complex automation scripts using Java, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, and Python to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the health and performance of cloud infrastructure, implementing proactive monitoring and incident response protocols.
- Facilitate technical presentations and workshops for both internal teams and client leadership to drive the adoption of DevOps best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 6 to 10 years of experience in a DevOps environment, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps toolsets.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Proficiency in multiple scripting languages, including but not limited to Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with client stakeholders and manage expectations in a consulting or professional services capacity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are mandatory for this role.
Project Details
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity based onsite in Tampa, Florida. The role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge cloud transformation projects within a collaborative and innovative environment. Candidates must be prepared to work onsite and engage directly with the client’s engineering and business units.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
