Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Blue Yonder TMS Consultant/Developer with strong experience in Transportation Management Systems to support enterprise supply chain and logistics transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Blue Yonder TMS (formerly JDA TMS) and a deep understanding of transportation planning, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TMS Implementation & Support
    • Implement and support Blue Yonder TMS solutions
    • Configure transportation planning, execution, and freight optimization processes
    • Participate in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support
  • Configuration & Development
    • Configure TMS modules including:
      • Shipment planning & routing
      • Carrier management
      • Freight rating & billing
    • Customize solutions based on business requirements
  • Integration & Data Management
    • Integrate Blue Yonder TMS with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
    • Work on APIs, EDI, and data interfaces
    • Ensure data accuracy and system performance
  • Testing & Deployment
    • Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support
    • Assist in cutover planning and go-live support
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with business users, logistics teams, and IT stakeholders
    • Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Blue Yonder / JDA TMS
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Transportation planning & optimization
    • Freight management & logistics workflows
  • Experience with TMS configuration and support
  • Knowledge of SQL and data handling
  • Experience in integration (API/EDI)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP TM or other ERP integrations
  • Knowledge of cloud-based Blue Yonder solutions
  • Experience in Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing domain
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
