Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Boomi Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions. This role involves leveraging Boomi architecture patterns and styles to define enterprise-wide integration strategies and standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and performance objectives.
- Lead Architecture and Design: Spearhead the architecture and design of enterprise-wide integration solutions utilizing the Boomi iPaaS platform. Define and implement reusable integration patterns, architecture styles, and governance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex integration requirements into scalable and effective technical designs.
- Alignment with Standards: Ensure all integration solutions strictly adhere to security, compliance, and performance requirements.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest Boomi platform advancements and industry best practices to drive innovation in integration strategies.
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on Boomi connectors, process orchestration, and Atom/Molecule sizing.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and adopt new integration technologies and tools within the Boomi ecosystem to enhance capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in integration architecture and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor integration architects and developers on best practices and architectural principles.
- Complex Integrations: Design and implement complex real-time, batch, and ETL integrations using Boomi.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- API Management: Manage API design, security, governance, and lifecycle using Boomi API Management.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud, data engineering, and security, to ensure integrated solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing, code reviews, and architectural discussions to enforce standards.
- Security Protocols: Lead the adoption of security protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and SAML within integration solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations regarding integration deliverables and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in integration architecture, with a significant focus on Boomi.
- Proven experience as a Principal Boomi Architect or similar senior role.
- Deep understanding of Boomi iPaaS capabilities, including connectors, process orchestration, and API management.
- Experience with various integration patterns (e.g., real-time, batch, ETL).
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices for integrations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles.
Special Requirements
Hybrid – 2 Days onsite mandatory, SubCon hire mode
Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
