Job Description:
We have a priority requirement for a Business Analyst with Healthcare and BPMN experience. This is a remote position. The role involves facilitating requirements gathering workshops with the client, CareTria, which is mainly based in New Jersey. You will work with DXD and potentially architects, developers, and the broader team to define the overall structure, design, and requirements of a new portal for some of the client’s customers. This new portal will replace some of the functionality of one of their legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with the client (CareTria).
- Work with DXD, architects, developers, and the broader team to define the overall structure, design, and requirements of a new customer portal.
- Update a preliminary backlog that was drafted during a 2-week discovery phase.
- Define requirements to support user stories, including business rules, system logic, UI behavior, and acceptance criteria.
- Update or create process diagrams (BPMN 2.0), state diagrams, etc., as needed to capture requirements.
- Clarify or further refine requirements with the development team during the development process.
- Potentially perform QA on developed user stories or support a separate QA team.
- Potentially run sprint demos for the client to collect feedback.
Required Skills:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
