Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in Telecom OSS/BSS systems to join our team in Piscataway, NJ. This is an onsite contract position requiring deep understanding of telecommunications concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for Telecom OSS/BSS systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system functionalities and user stories.
- Ensure technical feasibility and clarity of requirements for development teams.
- Work with SQL, understand JSON/XML APIs, and navigate database schemas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Telecom Domain (Mandatory): Deep understanding of Telecommunications concepts including Order Management (OM), Service Activation & Provisioning, OSS/BSS Systems, Inventory Management.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with SQL, understand JSON/XML APIs, and navigate database schemas.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

- Pay Rate: $54.00/hr C2C Max
- Duration: 12+ Months Contract
