Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst with extensive experience in developing functional requirements and supporting business users. The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year college degree or equivalent and ideally be IIBA-certified. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The role also requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional requirements and support business users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
Required Experience:
- 10 Years Experience as a Business Analyst developing functional requirements and supporting business users.
- 4 Years college degree or equivalent.
- IIBA-certified Business Analyst (Highly Desired).
