About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, working with the State of Texas. This is a long-term, hybrid position located in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise-scale data management projects and working within government agencies. Experience with Agile methodologies and the Texas Project Delivery Framework is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise-scale data management projects.
- Manage agile projects at state or federal government agencies or similar environments.
- Utilize common project management systems like Jira.
- Perform data analysis.
- Create Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and manage projects using this framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies and best practices.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements: Candidates must meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements.
- Project Management: Experience managing enterprise-scale data management projects.
- Agile Project Management: Experience managing agile projects, preferably in state or federal government agencies.
- Business Analysis: Strong understanding of business analysis principles.
- Tools: Knowledge and experience with common project management systems like Jira.
- Data Analysis: Proven ability in data analysis.
- Texas Project Delivery Framework: Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework is strongly preferred.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications are a plus.
- Government Experience: Specific experience within government projects is required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
