Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst/Consultant IV to join our team in Madison, WI. This is a long-term engagement requiring candidates who are local to the Madison area or reside nearby. The role involves in-depth analysis, consultation, and the development of solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to business users.
- Contribute to strategic planning and solution design for complex business challenges.
- Ensure all solutions align with company objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications and technical design documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management principles is a plus.
