Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in patient-focused healthcare initiatives such as patient adherence, benefits verification, onboarding, and patient data analysis. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate patient and business needs into clear functional requirements. In the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape of 2026, this position is critical for ensuring that digital health platforms provide value to both providers and patients while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements related to patient adherence, patient support programs, benefits verification, and patient onboarding journeys.
- Work directly with clinical and business stakeholders to define patient workflows, data flows, and intricate business rules that govern patient engagement.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and wireframes to guide development teams.
- Support advanced data analysis related to patient enrollment, adherence metrics, clinical outcomes, and executive reporting.
- Act as a primary liaison between business units, IT departments, external vendors, and patient services teams to ensure project alignment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution management.
- Ensure all digital solutions and processes remain in strict compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other emerging data privacy standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.
- Strong subject matter expertise in patient adherence, benefits verification, onboarding processes, or patient engagement platforms.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies, including participating in sprints and managing backlogs.
- Exceptional documentation skills and a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders in a complex corporate environment.
- Experience working with industry-standard CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Veeva or Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical specifications and business objectives.

- Participate in post-implementation reviews to measure the success of healthcare initiatives against defined KPIs.
Special Requirements
Mandatory: Health Care Domain experience; Experience with CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud preferred); Visa constraints apply.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year
