Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst II to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the testing phase.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with LinkedIn is required.
- Must be local to Cincinnati, OH.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with creating functional specifications and user stories.
