Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare systems and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and protected health information (PHI).
Mandatory Qualifications
- 84+ months of experience: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
- Provide a detailed description of how the Candidate meets the Mandatory Qualification. Include name(s) of previous employer(s), start and end dates of engagement(s), references, and any additional applicable information.
Requested Qualifications
- 48 months experience working on healthcare systems which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in business analysis.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
