Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Trading industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative technological solutions and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Trading industry.
  • Proven track record delivering innovative technological solutions.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Robust skills in data analysis and SQL queries.
  • Ability to establish appropriate governance, negotiate, and facilitate global prioritization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technology staff and business stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Proven quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, system integration, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record in understanding technology implementation within the Credit Risk space.
  • Experience working with geographically remote stakeholders and teams, including managed service providers.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Houston, TX from day one.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
