Role 1: Business Analyst (Life Insurance Domain/Annuities Experience)

  • Must have 14 years of experience local to NJ/NY.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Life & Annuities domain.
  • Strong understanding of: Policy lifecycle (Life/Annuities), Underwriting (L&A), Claims (Life/Disability), Billing/premium processing.
  • LOMA / FLMI certification is required.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Life insurance platforms (NOT Guidewire-heavy), Policy admin systems (L&A).
  • Strong BA skills: BRD / FRD, UAT, Process flows.
  • Reject Profiles: Only P&C (Guidewire/Duck Creek) profiles, Pure data analysts, No LOMA certification, No Life/Annuities exposure.

Role 2: Senior Business Analyst (CIO/IT Leadership Focus)

  • Must have 14+ years of total experience, local to Coppell, TX.
  • Must have worked closely with CIO / IT leadership / OCIO.
  • Experience acting as: Executive support to CIO / IT leadership, Preparing leadership decks, dashboards, briefings.
  • Strong in: Executive reporting (CIO dashboards, KPI decks), Strategy execution / PMO / governance support.
  • Experience in: Vendor management / VMO / procurement coordination.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (PowerPoint heavy role).
  • Ideal Profile Keywords: CIO Office / OCIO, IT Strategy / Strategy Execution, Executive Reporting, Leadership Dashboards, Steering Committee / Board presentations, PMO / Governance, Vendor Management Office (VMO).
  • Reject Profiles Immediately: Pure data analysts / reporting analysts, Pure technical BAs (requirements-only roles), Profiles without CIO / leadership exposure, Profiles focused only on Testing / QA, Development / coding, Junior profiles (<14 years).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
