Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience for an onsite position in Louisiana, MO. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows and user guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP are a plus.
