Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking or financial domain to join our team for a 6-month contract position. The role requires 10+ years of experience and is 100% onsite in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing detailed implementation plans for new processes. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to implement and measure recommended actions, becoming a subject matter expert for the assigned business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and analyzing an organization’s existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Creating detailed plans for the implementation of new processes, including budgets and other resources required.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to help implement and measure recommended actions.
- Becoming a subject matter expert for your business area by developing a comprehensive understanding of its strategies, processes, policies, and data.
- Preparing test scenarios, documentation, and execution.
- Demonstrating features to business stakeholders.
- Directly working with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into actionable requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Extensive experience in the Banking or Financial domain.
- Proven ability to research and analyze business processes.
- Strong skills in creating detailed implementation plans, including resource and budget allocation.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to become a subject matter expert in a given business area.
- Experience in preparing test scenarios, documentation, and execution.
- Proficiency in demonstrating features and solutions to business stakeholders.
- Generic Managerial Skills are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Location: 6565 Headquarters Drive, Plano, Texas 75024.
- Work Schedule: 100% onsite, 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM.
- Duration: 6 months.

Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
