Job Description: Business Analyst – PTC Windchill
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in PLM programs, specifically focusing on PTC Windchill. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to demonstrate Windchill’s out-of-the-box capabilities to diverse stakeholder groups and experience in creating representative demo data and building demo scenarios that reflect real development and change workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for PLM system enhancements and implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the system.
- Provide end-user support and training on PLM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including user manuals and process flows.
- Demonstrate PTC Windchill OOTB capabilities to various stakeholder groups.
- Build and manage demo scenarios and data reflecting real-world development and change workflows.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in PLM Programs.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with PTC Windchill.
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating and managing demo data and scenarios.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to our dynamic team and help drive successful PLM initiatives.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year
