Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in Capital Markets to join our team. This is a C2C hybrid role, offering flexibility with locations in North Carolina or Phoenix, and is primarily remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand business needs and challenges.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support the testing and implementation of new solutions.
- Ensure that solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices in Capital Markets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience within the Capital Markets industry is mandatory.
- Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading, and settlement processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
