  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Support the QA team by creating test scenarios and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet the business needs.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide expert advice on industry best practices for climate-related digital solutions, ensuring the IFC remains at the forefront of sustainability technology.

Technical and Professional Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Finance, Sustainability, or ESG-related IT systems is highly preferred. Knowledge of the Paris Alignment, climate risk, and GreenHouse Gas (GHG) protocols is a significant advantage.
  • Methodology: Strong expertise in the SAFe Agile Framework, with a proven track record of creating epics, capabilities, and features.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps Boards for requirements management and test tracking.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills are required to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
