Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong understanding of AI concepts to join our team. This role requires excellent articulation and documentation skills, with a focus on the Healthcare domain. You will be instrumental in analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of AI-driven solutions within the contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for AI-driven projects, particularly within contact center operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Architects, to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop clear and concise documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Possess a basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflows.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.
- Ensure that solutions meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Proven experience within the Healthcare domain.
- Excellent articulation and documentation skills.
- Specific experience with GPS Contact Center operations.
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, preferably on AI-enabled projects.
- Strong stakeholder coordination abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI-enabled projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
Work Environment:
This is an onsite position located in Hartford, CT. The role operates within a dynamic and collaborative team environment, focusing on leveraging AI to enhance contact center efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 per year (Estimated)
