Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong understanding of AI concepts to join our team. This role requires excellent articulation and documentation skills, with a focus on the Healthcare domain. You will be instrumental in analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of AI-driven solutions within the contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for AI-driven projects, particularly within contact center operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Architects, to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop clear and concise documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Possess a basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflows.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.
  • Ensure that solutions meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Proven experience within the Healthcare domain.
  • Excellent articulation and documentation skills.
  • Specific experience with GPS Contact Center operations.
  • Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, preferably on AI-enabled projects.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination abilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with AI-enabled projects.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

Work Environment:

This is an onsite position located in Hartford, CT. The role operates within a dynamic and collaborative team environment, focusing on leveraging AI to enhance contact center efficiency and effectiveness.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Hartford, CT
