Job Description:
The candidate will work on a major system modernization project to build a new Medicaid application. The role involves providing project and product oversight for Medicaid IT-contracted systems, supporting documentation, system enhancements, and ensuring alignment with agency standards for integrated solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required (8+ Years):
- Coordinate with vendors to complete projects and service requests
- Develop and review project artifacts (test cases, requirements documentation, traceability, technical specifications)
- Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, and support solution implementations
- Manage project scope, acceptance, deployment, system integration, and UAT
- Identify risks and design mitigation strategies
- Analyze HHS policies, procedures, and standards and their impact on automated systems
Preferred:
- Experience using TFS for requirements management
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
- Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and Copilot
- Knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, and Azure cloud solutions
- Experience with Texas HHSC processes and Texas Medicaid / CHIP systems
- Experience managing state-level major information resource project data
Special Requirements
ONSITE at the location listed above (NO REMOTE WORK). Position is for LOCAL ONLY candidates. Candidates must already reside in Texas. In-person interview required. Active Texas DL & LinkedIn ID must for submission.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
