Job Title: Business Process Analyst – Kinaxis Demand Planning
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst with expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning and Supply Planning, specifically for semiconductor customers. This role involves leading requirement gathering, managing the JIRA board, and collaborating with development and testing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Capture and document business requirements for Kinaxis Demand Planning and Supply Planning solutions.
- Manage the JIRA board for tracking tasks, issues, and progress.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Support testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze and optimize business processes related to demand and supply planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving Kinaxis functionalities.
- Ensure seamless integration of planning solutions with other enterprise systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with Kinaxis Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
- Experience working with semiconductor customers is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Analytics.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Experience with JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and UAT coordination.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
