Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Engineer (BA) to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of business process optimization, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and performance monitoring. As we move into 2026, the complexity of digital ecosystems requires a professional who can bridge the gap between legacy operations and modern automated workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, design ‘To-Be’ states, and ensure that every process change aligns with the broader strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive assessments of existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for digital transformation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional specifications.
- Utilize advanced process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi to create visual representations of ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ states.
- Collaborate with business units to gather, define, and prioritize complex business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications for IT teams.
- Lead the implementation of process changes, ensuring that automation and system enhancements are tested, validated, and successfully integrated.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, providing the necessary training and support to ensure high adoption rates among end-users.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement cycles.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical developers, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a similar analytical role.
- Expertise in process modeling and mapping methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level systems like SAP or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $115,000 – $155,000 per year
