Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Business Process Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, process excellence, and ERP systems. This role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and extensive experience in driving financial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial operations and close processes.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of ERP Finance systems and BI/data platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, business process management, or finance transformation roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred (or equivalent advanced CI certification with strong project leadership track record).
  • Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems (e.g., ERP Finance, close/reconciliation tooling, BI/data platforms).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

This is a 1-year contract role with the potential for extension, offering a hybrid work model in San Jose, CA.
