Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Business Process Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, process excellence, and ERP systems. This role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and extensive experience in driving financial transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial operations and close processes.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of ERP Finance systems and BI/data platforms.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, business process management, or finance transformation roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred (or equivalent advanced CI certification with strong project leadership track record).
- Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems (e.g., ERP Finance, close/reconciliation tooling, BI/data platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
