Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst with strong experience in Case Management applications and a solid understanding of the financial industry, particularly credit card domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will be proficient in gathering and documenting design requirements, preparing and executing testing plans, and assisting with troubleshooting software systems. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Experience:
- Must have experience in Case Management applications.
- Financial industry experience with Credit Card domain knowledge is a plus.
- Pega knowledge is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document design requirements.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute testing plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
- Assist with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle.
- Assist with troubleshooting software systems.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Skills:
- Must have experience with Case Management applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand.
- Skilled in the use Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
