Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Financial Data Warehouse (AWS, Tableau / Cognos)
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong financial domain expertise to join our team. This role will focus on leading business requirements gathering for Financial Data Warehouse initiatives and supporting data lake architecture using AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements gathering for Financial Data Warehouse initiatives.
- Define detailed source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
- Support Data Lake architecture using AWS S3.
- Define ETL/ELT workflows leveraging AWS Glue.
- Collaborate on Lambda-based data processing logic.
- Support reporting and dashboard requirements using QuickSight, Tableau, and Cognos.
- Perform financial data validation, reconciliation, and data quality analysis.
- Create functional specifications and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong Financial domain expertise (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Reporting).
- Advanced knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Lake architecture.
- Experience with AWS S3, Glue, Lambda, QuickSight.
- Hands-on familiarity with Tableau and Cognos for reporting and dashboarding.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Local to Bay Area, CA (2 Days Onsite Required) – Hybrid
Duration:
12+ Months

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
