Role Overview: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce Revenue Cloud)
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a deep specialization in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to support our ongoing business transformation initiatives. This is a long-term contract position offered on a remote basis, ideal for a professional who excels at bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing the Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring that our Salesforce environment is leveraged to its fullest potential to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements specifically related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales Operations, and technical development teams to ensure project alignment.
- Develop high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and detailed process workflows that guide technical execution.
- Support the full lifecycle of system enhancements, including rigorous testing cycles, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and expectation management.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and solution design discussions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, with a focus on CPQ and Billing modules.
- Proven track record in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and the creation of comprehensive technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including standard objects, custom configurations, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Official Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).
- Experience working with SaaS-based business models or enterprise-level digital applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and automated testing frameworks.

Compensation & Location
