Job Description:
The candidate should have 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
The candidate must have excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
The candidate should be experienced in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
The candidate should have strong experience in Business Analysis within Capital Markets and Wealth Management domains.
The candidate must be able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams effectively.
The candidate should have experience working with enterprise Global HR platforms.
The candidate should have exposure to applied AI capabilities and how they integrate with business processes.
The candidate should support system implementations, enhancements, and production issues.
The candidate must participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The candidate should ensure requirements traceability and support UAT activities.
The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills:
