Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in .NET technologies for a hybrid role in the Washington DC metro area. This is a full-stack master-level .NET position requiring extensive experience in the software development lifecycle, requirements gathering, and various development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for .NET-based applications.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the .NET framework.
- Experience in ETL, Back-End, Front-End, and Application design and development.
- Work with structured development methodologies and Agile methodology.
- Perform software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, and JavaScript.
- Develop using ASP.NET MVC 5, responsive design, and Web API.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to .NET applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 16+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
- 16+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- 16+ years of MS Office/PowerPoint experience.
- Extensive Enterprise .NET experience.
- Experience in ETL, Back-End, Front-End, and Application design, and development.
- Familiarity with structured development methodologies and Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with ASP.NET MVC 5, responsive design, and Web API.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid role requiring 2-5 days per week onsite in the Washington DC metro area.
- Candidates must be local to the DC Metro Area.
Additional Information:
Candidates will be required to complete and return a skill matrix. This is a highly skilled position requiring a candidate familiar with structured development methodologies and Agile methodology, along with release management techniques.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
