Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) to support SAP implementation, enhancement, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate supply chain and manufacturing requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory, and production processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional design specifications (FSDs) for SAP MM and PP.
  • Support and enhance SAP MM processes including: Procurement (PR/PO, RFQ, vendor management), Inventory Management and Material Master, Invoice Verification.
  • Support SAP PP processes including: Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
  • Collaborate with SAP ABAP and technical teams to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
  • Participate in integration discussions with related modules (SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, QM).
  • Develop test scenarios, execute unit testing and UAT, and support defect resolution.
  • Support cutover, golive, and postproduction activities.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, process flows, and enduser training materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or SAP Functional Analyst.
  • Strong handson experience with SAP MM and SAP PP modules.
  • Solid understanding of endtoend supply chain and manufacturing business processes.
  • Experience working in onshore, clientfacing roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Exposure to integrations with MES, planning tools, or legacy systems.
  • Background in manufacturing, hightech, or discrete manufacturing industries.
  • SAP MM and/or PP certification.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
