Job Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a skilled C# developer to program, maintain code, and develop .NET solutions for their business. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining C# program code for current and future projects. You will also contribute to design and planning sessions and formulate approaches for coding tasks.
To succeed as a C# developer, you must possess an excellent understanding of C# and the .NET framework, prolific coding abilities, and the capacity for daily problem-solving. A top-tier C# developer will be adept at the creation, maintenance, and further development of .NET applications and programs.
- Develop high-quality applications in C#/Angular/SQL Server.
- Describe experience with large menu-driven business systems, such as claims processing, payroll, medical, or insurance type applications.
- Be knowledgeable in transferring data between application screens, selecting and scrolling through large amounts of data, adding/updating/deleting order-entry type transactions, and building new screens and reports.
- Develop C# .NET solutions for the organization.
- Create in-house applications using the .NET framework.
- Debug and maintain written code.
- Define and organize projects on an ongoing basis.
- Report and resolve issues related to .NET projects.
- Identify and handle technical risks and issues.
- Work within a project team alongside other developers.
- Provide technical support to stakeholders in the organization.
- Report on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
- Participate in project meetings with management and other team members.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Angular (gRPC would be a plus)
- Knowledge of build and deployment repositories such as Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub.
- Knowledge of other coding languages (COBOL, PHP, C+, Java, Python, ColdFusion, etc.) would be a plus.
- Ability to write clean, easy-to-understand code.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience with ColdFusion would be nice to have but not necessary.
- Sound understanding of coding and development processes.
- Experience with working in an agile environment.
Required Skills
- 2 Years – Angular
- 5 Years – C# Programming experience (no API’s)
- 3 Years – SQL Server
- 5 Years – Experience with large menu driven business systems, such as claims processing, payroll, medical, or insurance type applications.
- 1 Year – gRPC
- 3 Years – Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
- 1 Year – T-SQL
- 1 Year – .NET 3.1 or higher
- 1 Year – ColdFusion
Special Requirements
Hybrid Role, First month onsite, then two days a week remote maximum.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $114,400 – $130,000 per year
