About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to join our team for a 6+ month contract. This role requires a deep understanding of operating systems and Windows fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality C++ code for Windows applications, engaging in systems programming, and managing build and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, test, and maintain C++ code for Windows applications.
- Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize application performance.
- Engage in systems programming, including low-level programming and memory management.
- Interface with hardware as required for specific application needs.
- Manage the build and deployment processes for Windows applications.
- Compile C++ code using the Windows build system.
- Ensure applications are correctly packaged and deployed.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest C++ standards and Windows development best practices.
Must-Haves:
- Strong C++ hands-on programming skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of Operating System fundamentals and Windows basics.
- Experience with C++; Operating system; Windows fundamentals; YAML; WTT; Embedded C; Device testing.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
