Job Description
We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer with expertise in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VoIP concepts to join our team in Austin, TX. This is an onsite, full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17, OOP, STL, memory management) and a solid understanding of call flows, signaling, and session management. Experience in Linux/Unix environments and the ability to debug using tools like Wireshark are essential.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17, OOP, STL, memory management)
- Solid experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VoIP concepts
- Understanding of call flows, signaling, and session management
- Experience in Linux/Unix environments
- Ability to debug using tools like Wireshark or similar
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH
- Knowledge of RTP/RTCP, WebRTC, or IMS architecture
- Experience in multithreading / concurrent programming in C++
- Familiarity with telecom-grade systems or real-time applications
