- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a consultant in IT, with a focus on access management.
- Strong understanding of information technology principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with C2C engagements is required.
- Familiarity with various IT platforms and tools.
