Job Description: Calypso Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Calypso Consultant for an onsite contract role in Edison, NJ. This position requires strong domain expertise in Calypso and derivative products, with a focus on trading, booking, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong Calypso domain expertise, including Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange Options, and Commodities.
  • Experience with trading derivative products and trade booking across asset classes.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory reporting (e.g., CFTC, EMIR, CAD).
  • Experience with payment processing, accounting, confirmations, and related validations.
  • Solid understanding of Collateral Management processes and ISDA SIMM methodologies.
  • Experience working across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office modules.
  • Prior involvement in Calypso upgrades or experience with a similar trading platform.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events.
  • Solid experience working in an Agile environment.
  • CATT (Calypso Automation Test Tool) experience is a plus.

  • Mandatory: Very good hands-on experience with the Calypso application.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with trading derivative products.
  • Experience in trade booking across asset classes.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory reporting (e.g., CFTC, EMIR, CAD).
  • Experience with payment processing, accounting, confirmations, and related validations.
  • Solid understanding of Collateral Management processes.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 12-month contract position.
  • The role is located in Edison, NJ and is onsite.
  • Candidates with equivalent trading experience from similar platforms may also be considered.

Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
