Job Description: CFD Data Generation Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CFD Data Generation Engineer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to run simulation campaigns to generate high-quality training data for advanced AI/ML models. This is a remote position with a contract duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) simulation studies in complex geometries.
- Support Design of Experiments (DoE), parameter sweeps, and job submission at scale to optimize simulation workflows.
- Review simulation outputs for physical reasonableness and ensure data quality for downstream applications.
- Partner closely with domain experts to prepare simulation results for integration into AI/ML pipelines and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to define data requirements and simulation strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of simulation setups, methodologies, and results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to simulation software, hardware, and data processing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation processes and data generation techniques.
Profile Requirements:
- Strong background in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is essential.
- Experience with Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) is preferred.
- Proven experience with simulation campaigns, not just individual solver development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must have an established LinkedIn profile with connections and a photo.
- Must be able to provide details such as Passport number, travel history, and I94 to verify VISA status.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
